Effective July 2021
WELCOME BACK to Travel Time Tours! It’s been a loooong year for all of us, hasn’t it?
The following safety guidelines meet or exceed CDC requirements. We have also implemented the recommendations of the travel and medical community. As always, Travel Time Tours is committed to providing a safe and clean environment while you are on board the motorcoach.
Please note the following:
Vaccination Required for all
- Due to the close proximity of motorcoach travel (and we certainly don’t have the air condition systems of the airlines), ALL TRAVELERS MUST BE VACCINATED in order to join our tours. Please mail, email or fax a copy of your vaccination card for our records ASAP. CALL for our cell number if you would prefer to TEXT us your information. Thank you. Strongly recommend you carry a "copy" with you.
Seat Rotation, Masks, etc.
- Seat Rotation will still be required on "most" tours
- Wash hands often and avoid touching your mouth, eyes and nose with unwashed hands
- Cover your mouth and nose with a face cover (KH95 are safe and effective, very comfortable and quite inexpensive...the cone-shaped ones) when around others. On 09/19/2022 we deactivated our mask mandate while on bus but policy can change at any time, as it is based on current conditions.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Wearing a mask while on the bus (from time to time) can be mandatory. Always bring along extras!
- The bus driver, tour escort(s) and any other support staff will be required to follow CDC guidelines.
- The bus company and TTT will have hand sanitizer available for use, but it is also highly recommended that each traveler carries their own hand sanitizer in addition.
Motorcoach Cleaning Procedures
- Prior to each tour, the motorcoach will be subject to deep cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing procedures.
- The bus driver will clean and sanitize all surfaces of the motorcoach at regular intervals on each day of a tour using adequate disinfectants.
Restroom/Food & Drink Guidelines
- Travelers will be able to use the restroom on board the bus. The restroom will be equipped with adequate disinfectant and toilet paper.
- Food and drink (non-alcoholic) are permitted while on board the bus but is NOT to be shared with others. Also, for beverages, your drink MUST be in sealed, leak-proof containers. **Travel mugs would be ideal!**
